Description - Description: The subject of the public contract is the supply of a non-contact 3D profilometer for evaluating the topography of surfaces of components made of any solid materials (metal, glass, ceramics, etc.), measuring the thickness of thin layers (including transparent ones). The device must be controlled by a computer and must enable automated measurements and determination of the specified surface parameters in accordance with the ISO 251 78 standard, using a non-destructive non-contact method. The device must be able to evaluate a wide range of surfaces from very smooth surfaces with roughness in the order of tenths of a nanometer to roughness in the order of tens of micrometers.local
