Description - Description: Notification of the coming joint procurement of the Nordic Combat Uniform (NCU) system between the Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO), the Swedish Defense Material Administration (FMV) and the Norweg ian Defence Material Agency (NDMA). The Authorities will publish a tender of a Framework Agreement with a Prequalification phase, followed by a negotiated procedure phase.The NCU system is soldier clothing next to skin and ends at the outermost area providing a shell cover.
