Description - Description: NASA/MSFC has a requirement for consulting services to maintain and advance the established community outreach and strategic consulting services to NASA for the environmental cleanup activities at the Santa Susana Field Laboratory. NASA/ MSFC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire services from NOREAS, Inc. under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.
