Description - Description: This request for proposals is for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Rowan-Cabarrus Community College’s (RCCC) North Campus Parking Lot A & B Reconfiguration. The project consists of demolition and construction of reconfigur ed parking areas A & B, related infrastructure, and realignment of Navigation Way in the vicinity of these parking areas.
