Description - Description: Ensuring public transport services in the transport of passengers by public rail passenger transport within the operational set "North-South Railway III" on part of the territory of the Liberec Region within the meaning of Section 3, par agraph 2 of the ZVS and to the extent specified in the contract. Transport services will be provided on sections of lines in the territory of the Liberec Region and the Ústí nad Labem Region. With the consent of the Hradec Králové Region, the Central Bohemian Region and the Capital City of Prague also on the territory of these regions, or after prior agreement with the relevant public authority of another state, i.e. the Free State of Saxony
