Description - Description: The Town of Bolton is soliciting engineer consulting services for the repairs on the Notch Road. The July Storm, Baryl, hit the Town of Bolton hard, resulting in severe road damage. The Notch Road experienced extensive erosion, scouring, undercutting, and other damage from this storm event. The Town of Bolton is seeking qualified consultation services from an engineer to provide a third-party perspective throughout the repair and mitigation process. All repairs will bring the road to Vermont Codes and Standards or improve upon them. These consultation services may include reviews of proposed designs, hydrological surveys and or studies, and suggestions for storm water management
