Description - Description: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of General Counsel (GC) plans to issue a purchase order to Westlaw as the only responsible source to prevent a break in service while a competitive action is awarded for legal database access. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to Westlaw. The period of performance for this award will be three-months (3) months from April 1, 2025, through June 30, 2025, with three (3) subsequent one-month (1) option periods. The Government intends to utilize this time period to continue the competitive procurement which is likely to result in multiple awards. It is not realistic to consider transition to another legal research
