Description - Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to require, on a sole source basis, a brand name requirement for the Simplex fire alarm devices, appliances, and programming to renovate an area of Building 1 Network Enterp rise Center Renovation at Natick Soldier Service Center. This project is to renovate an area of the Building 1 basement. Demolition will include the fire alarm components within this structure, which are part of an existing fire alarm system in Building 1. In order to reconstruct the fire alarm system extension, the equipment that is compatible with the existing functioning Simplex system in Building 1 is needed for installation. The area of work
