Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District, intends to issue a contract action on a sole-source basis to Hydrogeologic Inc. (UEI: S7Q 4GKNGGA81). This sole-source action will acquire Architect-Engineering (A-E) services from the Designer of Record (DOR) in support of the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC)/U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Former Grain Silo Storage Facility Groundwater Contamination Site, located in York, Nebraska.
