Description - Description: The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Navy, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAWARSYSCOM) in support of the Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intel ligence (PEO C4I) (PMW 770) intends to award a sole source contract for 21 Electronic Hull Penetrators (EHPs) to Teledyne D.G. O'BRIEN (DGO), 162 Corporate Drive Suite 100, Portsmouth, NH 03801. Teledyne is the original designer, developer, and manufacturer of the EHPs. All other vendors can only procure these items from the OEM then add their own fees on it before reselling at a much higher price. EHPs are Level 1 material, SUBSAFE parts. There
