The government believes Crown Castle Fiber LLC is the sole provider and owner of the last-mile fiber service used by CPSC, the final connectivity from the fiber path, to both 4330 East/West Highway, Bethesda, MD 20814, and 5 Research Place, Rockville, MD 20850.
