Description - Description: The Government intends to award a purchase order to the EATON Corporation on a sole source basis under FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase of services. This is for the purchase of a 'Transient Study'. The obj ective of the Transient Study is to properly size the snubber on the secondary (11.75 kV) side of each 2250 kVA voltage regulator cyclo-converter transformers feeding the port and starboard rectifiers of an unknown transmitter device.
