Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, PA intends to award a sole source modification to an existing Firm Fixed Price contract (W912BU-20-D-0002) to BORTON-LAWSON ENGINEERING, LLC, under au thority 10 U.S.C. § 2304(c)(l), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-l(b)(1)(ii). The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 Engineering Services with a size standard of $25,500,000. The current IDIQ contract was awarded in the amount of $5M.
