Description - Description: This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract and is not a competitive request for proposals. This requirement is for research and development support to assist with a study using PNF to reduce dependency on alcohol among Se rvice Members. This study requires 125 participants per year over a three-year period of performance. The study is conducted via Qualtrics on-line survey management to store and manage anonymous participant data. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to award on a sole source basis with the University of Houston. They have been identified as the only responsible source available to provide the Alcohol Intervention
