Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Norfolk District intends to issue a contract action on a sole-source basis to Stantec Consulting Services In c. (CAGE: 0TA62). This sole-source contract action will acquire architect-engineer (A-E) Construction Phase Services (CPS) from the Designer of Record (DOR) in support of the Fort Eustis Access Control Point Main Gate construction project. The project location is Newport News, Virginia. Stantec is the Designer of Record for the original design of the Fort Eustis Main Gate project.
