Description - Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District established a contract with The University of Central Florida (CAGE 9H673), of Orlando, FL, on a sole-source basis IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), to survey nesting, threatened and endangered (T&E) sea turtle species at the project footprint of the Brevard County Mid-Reach project. Due to an “act of God” incident occurring to the dredge assigned to the Brevard County Mid-Reach project, there is a delay in the project implementation schedule and additional monitoring is required.
