Description - Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Research and Development Center (ERDC), Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory (GSL) intends to issue a sole source award to CTS Cement Manufacturing Corp (CAGE Code: 4NFR3) to procure Rapid Set® AC Conc rete Mix in support of an ongoing force projection research and development program to rapidly repair craters on airfields in cold weather.
