Description - Description: Notification of Sole Source Procurement. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to limit sources to Pike | Heuber-Breuer Joint Venture (PHB) as the contractor to provide constructio n of scope elements related to VA Canandaigua miscellaneous items. These elements include Bldg 1 Window Infills, Bldg 1 & 2 Interior Courtyard Expansion Joints, Temporary Tunnel Demolition, Bldg 2 Level 5 Skybridge Infill, Lowering of the storm drain inlet D7-14, and Replacement of Chiller Plant Automatic Valves. A stand alone contract will not be issued by the Government to PHB for this work, they will be contracted via Modification to the exist
