Description - THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT This notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) section 5.201 to notify the public of a proposed contract action. The proposed contract action is for mission –critical satellite capacity, man aged teleport services and Dedicated Media Fiber (DMF) connectivity for upliking to Measat-3D. See attached SOW for additional details.
