Description - Description: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. to furnish upgraded equipm ent on their proprietary equipment and OEM system. The Government intends to negotiate solely with L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (SAM UIED: SLVERBJAVNS4, CAGE: 1PNR4, Large Business) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Due to proprietary rights, L3Harris, the OEM of the current system, is the only provider that manufactures and develops the system equipment.
