Description - Description: NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) has a requirement for two dual band (X/Ka-band) antennas in support of NASA’s Lunar Exploration Ground Sites (LEGS). There are currently three LEGS installations planned across the globe to support the Space Communication and Navigation’s (SCaN) Near Space Network (NSN). The contract will encompass the antenna fabrication, site construction and commissioning at LEGS 2 and 3. NASA GRC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the items from Communications and Power Industries (CPI), LLC. Under an existing contract, CPI has completed the design of the LEGS dual band antenna system and will fabricate/commission the antenna system for LE
