Description - Description: Program Manager Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) within Program Executive Officer, Land Systems (PEO LS) Marine Corps intends to negotiate and award on a sole-source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 to Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace Inc., 210 Industrial Park Rd, Johnstown, PA 15904, for the procurement of the Remote Weapon Station, training, spares, associated engineering services and sustainment. The Remote Weapon Station is compatible with the MADIS Inc. 1 Command & Control (C2) software baseline and the only known and currently available solution that satisfies USMC requirements.
