Description - Description: The Space Systems Command (SSC) Military Communications & Positioning, Navigation and Timing (CGK) Division, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to issue a sole source contract modification to the Lockheed Martin Corporation for the continued performance of risk reduction and early design for the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) Service Life Extension Phase I. The additional performance will allow for a six month extension with performance starting 2 August 2025 through 1 February 2026 with six additional one-month options to 1 August 2026 to ensure continued performance in case of any additional unplanned delays.
