Description - Description: The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate with Software Alternatives Incorporated (SAI) DBA DanL Database Consulting on a sole source basis under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (F AR) 6.302-1.
