Description - Description: Island Health is seeking to secure and occupy approximately one thousand, nine hundred (1,900) usable square feet of space on a barrier-free single floor. The intended occupant will be an Internal Medicine Clinic. The premises are to acc ommodate approximately up to seven (7) staff, with up to ten (10) clients and/or visitors at a time. This should include a reception and waiting area, enclosed exam rooms, a breakroom, a server room, and washrooms, as per Appendix A Space Requirements provided in the full package, Notice of Leasing Opportunity. The clinic will be open to the public from the hours of 08:00 to 18:00, five (5) days per week with the possibility for future expansion
