Description - Description: The Broadband Equity, Access, & Deployment Program (BEAD) is a federal grant program overseen by NTIA that aims to expand high-speed internet access to unserved & underserved areas nationwide. Of the $42 billion in federal funding alloca ted to the BEAD Program, MA was awarded $147 million principally intended to expand broadband to unserved & underserved locations.
