Description - Description: The Judiciary, State of Hawai’i hereby invites licensed attorneys and non-attorney applicants to submit letters of interest and statements of qualifications to provide legal services and/or GAL services on a contract basis as the need arises for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2025. Attorneys may provide Legal Counsel or GAL services or both for the Family Court of the Second Circuit during the period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The contract term will be for one (1) year from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Contracts may be extended for one (1) additional twelve (12) month period subject to appropriation and availability of funds, satisfactory performance of services
