Description - Description: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to the University of Oxford for subscription to selected journals in the areas of economics, business and finance. T he Contracting Officer has determined that the University of Oxford is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Articles from the University of Oxford journals have been cited in SEC rulemaking; therefore, the SEC requires access to the publications including to backfiles.
