Description - Description: This opportunity relates to the provision, operation and maintenance of telecommunications services between the roadside and various central locations for National Highways , the body responsible for England's strategic road network.The National Roads Telecommunications Service (NRTS) project currently provides services to over 38,000 end devices on the ~2,000 miles of the strategic road network.
