Description - Description: The KU-Bau Odelzhausen (Institution of Public Works) is gradually tendering for the object planning services for buildings and interiors (performance profile § 34 HOAI) for the new construction of a triple sports hall (ball sports hall) in Odelzhausen from LPh 6 (new tender). The draft planning for the new construction of the triple hall is already available and has been approved by the local council. In July 2024, the building application was submitted to the Dachau District Office as the responsible building supervisory authority. Since then, the implementation planning has been drawn up in parallel, which is expected to be available by the end of the tendering process. LPh 6
