Description - Description: The subject of this procurement contract is the purchase of the right to use Microsoft licenses.The procurer does not divide the procurement into parts, as the object of the procurement contract is licenses for products that work togethe r functionally or are necessary to achieve the same goal.The evaluation of tenders is carried out on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. In case of equal evaluation results, the procurer will give preference to the tenderer who submitted the tender in the public procurement register first in terms of date and time.The procurer has the right to reject the offers in accordance with the provisions of § 115 and § 116 of the RHS.
