The purpose of the congregation (also 'the' contracting entity 'and' subscriber ') is to obtain the occupational health services of the Occupational Health Care Act (21.12.2001/1383) for their staff and are supplemented by other health and medical services identified in the invitation to tender and in the Annexes.
