Description - Description: The Offenbach district's own rescue service intends to award service concessions to various service providers for the provision of ground-based rescue services on the basis of Section 5 Paragraph 2 No. 1 in conjunction with Section 11 Pa ragraph 1 of the Hessian Rescue Service Act (hereinafter "HRDG"). The rescue services to be commissioned here fall under the scope of the so-called area exception of Section 107 Paragraph 1 No. 4 GWB. As a result, Part 4 of the GWB does not apply.
