Description - Description: The services that are requested to be delivered under the framework agreements are tradesman services for ongoing emergency and planned maintenance of Rudersdal Municipality's property portfolio. Sub-agreement no. 7 - Ventilation also in cludes service tasks. In addition, service tasks may also be assigned under other sub-agreements - such as servicing of heating systems and preparation of electricity certificates. Characteristic of the total volume of tasks is that it will consist of many small and minor tasks with a scope of less than DKK 50,000. Historically, Rudersdal Municipality annually completes approx. 1,100 small and minor tasks under DKK 50,000, while approx. 100 tasks
