Description - Description: The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of two (2) Framework Agreements to ensure continuous supplies of office paper without provision and with provision of substitute performance for the Contracting Authority and subordina te organizations within the meaning of the entrusting contracting authorities, for a period of 12 consecutive months based on current needs.
