Description - Description: Bowen Island Municipality is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to undertake a comprehensive review of the District's Official Community Plan (OCP). This will involve working with Bowen Island's Official Community Plan Steering Committee (OCPSC) and will include significant and meaningful community and stakeholder engagement, preparation of a vision and guiding principles, preparation of policy options and proposed policy directions, updating Land Use Designations, reviewing and updating Development Permit guidelines, developing new Development Permit Areas with associated new guidelines and includes presentations to the public, OCP Steering Committee and Council.Bowen
