Description - Description: Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) This requirement is for the Offutt AFB, NE MACC Indefinite Delivery /Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). This requirement will be used to satisfy a diverse group of construction and design-build projec ts. This is a small business and other socio-economic Set-Aside.
