Description - Description: As part of the interministerial circular No. 2000-63 of August 25, 2000, the Collectivité de Corse has opted for continuous monitoring of the Tunnel du vieux port in Bastia on the RT 11. Although the structure is less than a kilometer, it is urban and frequently congested and partly submerged, the level of monitoring D4 is therefore required. The main service is Level D4 monitoring.
