Description - Description: Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are recommissioning the older peoples' day opportunity services across the Bi-Borough area to offer a wide range of flexible services that can adapt to people's cha nging needs whilst offering targeted support where required. The following summarises the key changes to the current service model, the new model requirements and issues expected to be addressed.The new model includes:- Redesigns the Bi-Borough befriending and outreach services to support people with complex needs to access services.- Establishes secure dementia services in both Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster.- Transitions an RBKC centre
