Description - Description BCFSA is seeking to retain qualified suppliers with extensive experience performing Organizational Development, Design and Classification services. BCFSA will establish up to five (5) retainer agreements with the highest scoring Prop onents. Proponents are invited to submit a response to this RFP for the opportunity to be evaluated and determined whether they are qualified to be retained to provide services. As described in section 3, services will be assigned on a non-exclusive “as, if and when requested” basis.
