Description - Description: In line with the latest Capex Plan and the ongoing energy transition, Elia plans to outsource several investment projects for onshore high-voltage stations in Belgium, which were previously realized internally. The goal is to build a num ber of substations in an EPCIC-FIM model. This means that the engineering, purchasing (without precious materials/FIM), construction, installation and commissioning are (partly) tendered in one contract.
