Description - Description: The TK pursues the goal of concluding discount contracts according to Section 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical entrepreneurs to the active ingredient chorionic gonadotropin alfa. The contract is concluded as part of the op en-house process of the TK: Individual negotiations on contract content are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The TK does not assume any exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months starting on June 1st, 2025.
