It is the official organization that works for three autonomous municipalities with their own administrations: Barendrecht, Albrandswaard and Ridderkerk. The municipalities o f Barendrecht, Albrandswaard and Ridderkerk (BAR municipalities) have had a collective health insurance policy for years for their citizens with an income up to 130% of the social assistance standard applicable to them (Healthcare policy for minimum income).
