Description - Description: TK aims to conclude discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient tofacitinib in accordance with Section 130c Paragraph 1 of the Social Code Book V. The contract is concluded as part of TK's ope n house original procedure:Individual negotiations on the content of the contract are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months starting on January 1, 2025.
