Description - Description: Client: Union of Romagna Faentina.The contract is divided into the following lots: Lot 1): "ALL RISKS POLUTE REAL ESTABLISH AND MOBILE"; Lot 2): "Civil liability policy towards third parties (RCT) and towards operators of the work (RCO)" , including all the guarantee conditions as specified in their respective specifications.With regard to each lot, the consequent contract will be stipulated with effect from 24.00 on 30/04/2025 and final deadline at 24.00 on 30/06/2027, without tacit renewal at the deadline.The Union of Romagna Faentina reserves the right to extend the contract in order to allow the performance of the procedure for the award of a new contract, pursuant to art. 12
