Description - Description: Concession of the local public transport service (hereinafter "Tpl Service"), on the weak areas, for an annual travel on estimated rubber of 1,780,000 V*km/year for conventional TPL services (fixed lines and times). In addition, there ar e travel related to flexible, or on -calling TPL services, quantifiable, in terms of hours/year of operating, in about 5000 hours/year, equivalent to about 7% of the overall production, assuming the start of the service from 1 November 2025.
