Description - Description: Oslo municipality v/ Oslobygg KF, invites to an open tender in connection with the procurement of a framework agreement - calculation services. The purpose of the agreement is to assist with expertise and extra capacity to prepare calcul ations and estimates for the investment projects if necessary. The investment regime in Oslo municipality assumes that calculations must be prepared and uncertainty analyzes carried out as part of concept selection investigations, and upon completion of the preliminary project.  In addition, Oslobygg wants to carry out several mid-term calculations in the pre-project phase to verify the cost level along the way.   See the tender documents
