Description - Description: The Contractor shall ensure the provision of personnel for the operation of one or more objects mentioned in these Tender Guidelines, firstly at times when these are not occupied by the lock keepers employed by HHR according to the duty rosters and secondly at times when replacement is required in the event of illness and/or leave of the operators.
