Description - This public contract concerns the technical operation and flat-rate P2 maintenance of heating, domestic hot water, ventilation, air conditioning and motorized smoke extraction installations at the National School of Prison Administration (Enap) locat ed in AGEN. Constraints are imposed to control gas consumption (article 15 of the c.c.t.p.) with reference to the standard nf x 60-010 this contract includes the maintenance actions of levels 1, 2, 3, and 4. Will be provided for in minimum the presence of a dedicated technician on site from Monday to Friday full time, and one to two additional technicians to carry out heavy maintenance operations, ensure continuity of service during holiday perio
