Description - Description: This is a pre-solicitation notice for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) service of Draughon Bombing and Electronic Attack Range, Misawa Air Base, Japan. The performance period of this O&M service is one-month base period (phase-in/transiti on from 1 through 30 Sep 2025) plus five (5) one-year option periods (1 Oct 2025 through 30 Sep 2030). The Mission of the Draughon Bombing and Electronic Attack Range is to provide highly realistic training for service, joint, and coalition combat aircrews. Draughon Range is a laser certified Class A range located approximately 12 nautical miles north of Misawa Air Base, Japan and its land area is approx. 1,892 acres, which has been jointly used
